The Missouri Tigers football team moved down a spot to No. 7 in the new AP Top 25 poll.
The Tigers defeated then 24th ranked Boston College at home 27-21 on Saturday.
Mizzou improved to 3-0 on the season.
Up next Mizzou opens up SEC play when they host Vanderbilt on Saturday with a 3:15 kickoff.
The Kansas City Chiefs improved to 2-0 with 26-25 victory against the Cincinnati Bengals at Arrowhead Stadium yesterday (Sunday).
Chiefs Kicker Harrison Butker drilled a 51-yard field goal as time expired to give Chiefs the win.
It was the second win for Kansas City decided on the final play after its 27-20 victory over the Baltimore Ravens on opening night.
The St. Louis Cardinals lost 3-2 to the Toronto Blue Jays.
The Cardinals were swept in the three-game series.
The Cardinals now set at 74-75 overall for the season and have fallen further out of postseason contention.
The Kansas City Royals lost 4-3 to the Pittsburgh Pirates at PNC Park.
Royals starter Brady Singer waked four and allowed four runs in five innings, while the Royals’ offense went 1-for-12 with runners in scoring position and left 10 base.
