KWWR Sports Report 12/11/2024
It was a busy night of high school basketball on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
Logan Rosenfelder helped lift the Centralia Panthers boys past Van-Far, 58-57, off an alley-oop layup in the closing seconds of the game.
Other games at the Centralia Tournament included Hallsville defeating Macon 60-28.
Centralia will play Hallsville on Thursday in the semifinals.
Boonville beat North Callaway 58-40.
Boonville will play Moberly who won against Salisbury 58-35.
Other games around the area in boys basketball included Fatima besting South Callaway 52-39.
Fulton took down Hannibal 51-39.
The Fulton girls fell to Hannibal 61-44.
The Mexico Bulldogs boys and girls basketball teams picked up road victories over Marshall.
Mexico girls beat Marshall 62-40.
The Mexico boys cruised to a 73-40 victory on a 16 point night from PJ Perkins.
The St. Louis Blues defeated the Vancouver Canucks 4-3 in overtime on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
Dylan Holloway scored 1:40 into overtime to help the Blues go 3-1 on a four-game road trip that started on December 3rd.
