Man Suffers Serious Injuries in Callaway County Vehicle Accident

A 25-year-old North Carolina man suffered serious injuries after a one-car accident in Callaway County during the early morning hours of Thursday, January 9, 2025.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report it happened on eastbound I-70 at the 139.2 mile marker when the vehicle he was driving went off the right side of the roadway, overturned, and struck two trees.

The man was ejected from the vehicle.

The vehicle came to rest off the roadway.

He was taken by Callaway EMS to University Hospital for treatment.
