Fulton Woman and Child Injured in Mexico Vehicle Accident
Two people are recovering from injuries following a two-car accident in Mexico during the evening hours of Monday, February 3, 2025.
According to the Mexico Public Safety accident report it happened in the 1100 block of West Monroe when a vehicle driven by 19-year-old Dakoda Schroeder attempted to turn into Moser’s and was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by 43-year-old Stacy Gilmore-Brown of Fulton.
Gilmore-Brown and a six-year-old juvenile passenger complained of neck pain and were checked by EMS and not transported to the hospital according to the report.
Gilmore-Brown’s vehicle had the air bags deployed and the vehicle was towed due to disabling damage.
No injuries were reported to the driver of the other vehicle.
