Missouri Veterans Homes Receive Customer Experience Award for Sixth Consecutive Year
The following is a press release from the Missouri Veterans Commission.
All seven Missouri Veterans Commission (MVC) Missouri Veterans Homes have received Customer Experience Awards from Activated Insights, formerly Pinnacle Quality Insight, for 2025.
The Missouri Veterans Homes in Cameron, Cape Girardeau, Mexico, Mt. Vernon, St. James, and Warrensburg have won this award for six consecutive years.
This is Missouri Veterans Home – St. Louis’ second consecutive year receiving the award.
“The dedication and hard work of the Missouri Veterans Commission’s dedicated team members ensures that our Veterans receive the highest quality of care and support they deserve,” said Governor Mike Kehoe.
“This recognition is a testament to their unwavering commitment and compassion. I am incredibly proud of their efforts and all they do for Missouri’s Veterans and their families.”
“Our Missouri Veterans Homes team members have once again shown how dedicated and skilled they are in caring for Missouri’s heroes,” Executive Director Paul Kirchhoff said.
“Each and every person who works in one of our seven Veterans Homes was instrumental in making this happen and has set the standard of care for Missouri.”
Qualifying for the Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights signifies that Missouri Veterans Homes have consistently ranked in the top 15% of care providers across the nation over the past 12 months.
This achievement underscores the superior customer experience and exceptional assistance for Veterans and their families.
