The following is a press release from the Missouri Lottery.
A Missouri Lottery player couldn’t contain her excitement when she won a $100,000 top prize on a “$100,000 Cash Craze” Scratchers ticket.
She purchased the winning ticket at Moser’s Food, 1101 W. Monroe, in Mexico.
“Once I saw the $25,000 prize amount, I knew I won the big prize!” the winner laughed. “I started screaming!”
She shared that she and her husband plan to use the money to complete some home improvement projects.
Players of the “100,000 Cash Craze” have won over $5.9 million in prizes to date. Over $9 million in unclaimed prizes remain – including two more top prizes of $100,000 and two $25,000 prizes.
In FY24, players in Audrain County won more than $4.7 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $45,000 in commissions and bonuses, and more than $900,000 in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
