Mizzou Gymnastics earned a third-place finish at the NCAA Championship Final at Dickies Arena at Forth Worth, Texas on Saturday, April 19, 2025.
The Tigers scored 197.2500 in their first appearance in the national championship meet.
The team not only secured the best finish in program history, but the best postseason finish for any women’s team in Mizzou history.
Oklahoma won their seventh national title, followed by UCLA, Mizzou and Utah.
The St. Louis Cardinals fell 7-4 to the New York Mets in a series securing loss at Citi Field on Sunday, April 20, 2025.
In the four-game series against the Mets, the Cardinals bats went quiet, going 22-for-129 with 43 strikeouts.
Eleven of those strikeouts came yesterday afternoon (Sunday).
The Kansas City Royals snapped a six-game losing streak with a 4-3 victory over the Detroit Tigers in 10 innings at Comerica Park.
Royals superstar Bobby Witt Jr. hit a sacrifice fly in the 10th inning that represented the winning run.
The Royals have the day off today and are headed back home after a tough 2-8 road trip.
The St. Louis Blues will try to pull even their first round playoff series against the Winnipeg Jets on the road on Monday, April 21, 2025.
