Robbery At Columbia Parking Garage

A robbery reported at a parking garage at 901 Virginia Avenue in Columbia last (Sunday) night is under investigation.

According to University Police it happened just before 6 when a man was attempting to buy a cell phone however was assaulted and his money stolen.

Police say the suspects left the garage in a white vehicle heading south.

The driver is described as a 5 foot three Hispanic man.

The passenger an African American man with glasses.
