Man With Serious Injuries After Head On Collision In Columbia

A man has serious injuries after a head on collision in Columbia at the intersection of Scott Boulevard and West Southview Drive yesterday (Sunday) afternoon.

Columbia Police went to the crash around 2:05 yesterday (Sunday) afternoon, when a crash happened while a vehicle was attempting to change lanes to avoid another car however a second vehicle changed into the same lane and a head collision occurred.

33 year old David Earls of Columbia had serious injuries.

3 other adults and a 12 year old child had minor injuries.

The roadway was closed for several hours.
