Pinnacle Hospital In Boonville Inundated With Medical Record Requests

The Pinnacle Hospital in Boonville is saying they have been inundated with medical record requests after closing its doors this month.

According to a post from the hospital’s Facebook page yesterday, they have had about 300-350 medical record requests per day.

The hospital said they are working as fast as they can to fill the requests and will continue to do so as staffing permits.

Pinnacle Hospital is looking for a long-term medical records custodian, however have not yet made permanent arrangements.

Starting tomorrow, medical records can be accepted and distributed through the Emergency Department form 9am until noon, Monday through Friday.
