Missouri Joins Bi-partisan Multi-State Investigation

Missouri is joining 38 states in a bipartisan multi-state investigation of JUUL Labs.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt made the announcement this week that the 39 state coalition is investigating JUUL’s marketing and sales practices.

The investigation includes the targeting of youth and more.

The vaping company says targeting youth was never their intention.

According to a report from the CDC, in 2019 one in four high school students said they use vaping products.
