Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Missouri University System

A class action lawsuit is now filed against the Missouri University System claiming sufficient refunds were not offered after classes were moved online in March amidst fears of coronavirus outbreaks.

The lawsuit was filed this week by St. Louis attorney Richard Cornfield, who represents the plaintiff as “A Student.”

The lawsuit alleges MU students did not receive the in-person educational experience that they paid for during part of the 2020 spring semester.
