Two Arrests Made in Jefferson City 2017 Murder

Jefferson City Police report the arrest of two men wanted in connection with the 2017 murder of Taveeon Fowler.

U.S. Marshals arrested 27 year old Robert Farrow in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and 25 year old Devon Skinner in St. Louis.

Both men are charged with unlawful use of weapons, armed criminal action and second degree murder.

A third suspect, 30 year old Dana Day of Jefferson City was charged by the Cole County Prosecutor for his role in the murder on July 9th of 2019.

The investigation into the murder continues.
