Jefferson City Police Identify Shooting Suspect at Break Tie on Ellis Boulevard

Jefferson City Police are identifying the suspect in a shooting this morning (Wednesday) at a Break Time on Ellis Boulevard.

The suspect is 25-year old Xavies Parks and is considered armed and dangerous.

No work on the victim’s health was made available.
