Mexico Lady Bulldogs Basketball Season Ends to Kirksville in District Championship Game

The Mexico Lady Bulldogs had their season come to an end with a 33-28 loss to the Kirksville Lady Tigers in the District Championship at the Mexico High School.

It was a low scoring contest and back and forth all night long.

Mexico led 5 to 3 after the first quarter.

Kirksville would outscore Mexico 6 to 5 in the second quarter.

It was all tied up at 19 going into the fourth quarter.

The Lady Tigers would move on outscoring Mexico 14 to 9 in the fourth quarter.

Mya Miller got into double digits with 15.

The Mexico Lady Bulldogs finish the season at 19-4.
