Wellsville Woman Taken by Life Flight After One Car Accident in Monroe County

A Wellsville woman was taken by the Staff For Life Helicopter to the University Hospital with serious injuries following a one car accident in Monroe County last night (Monday).

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol it happened on Route D. just east of Santa Fe when 40 year old Jennifer A. Chappins was driving and failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off the road and overturned.
