Gas Prices On the Rise in Missouri

Gas prices are on the rise in Missouri. According to AAA the current average gas price in the state now stands at $2.68.

The price is up almost 44% from last year’s average of $1.92.

According to experts the supply of gas is currently lower than a year ago with crude oil production.

That is mixed in with a higher demand from more motorists on the road and a lower supply from oil producers is the cause for the current increase in gas prices.
