An Iconic Building In Mexico Set to Change Ownership

An iconic building in Mexico is set to change hands Wednesday.

The former Mexico Ledger building at 300 North Washington is being purchased by Property Investments of Mexico who will be looking for a tenant to either start or expand a business in the 10,000 square-foot plus building.

The group owns other buildings in Mexico that are occupied by Color Me Bleu, Divas 27, Martha Rose and others.

The Ledger property includes not only the building but two parking lost as well, with a footprint of just under an acre.
