One Car Accident in Audrain County Sends Two People to the Hospital

A Columbia man and woman are recovering from injuries after a one car accident in Audrain County yesterday morning (Thursday).

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol it happened just before 10am at Missouri 22 just west of Mexico.

A vehicle hydroplaned and went off the road, hitting a bridge rail.

37 year old Shawn Hunter had moderate injuries and 36 year old Sarah M. Hunter had minor injuries.

Both were taken to the Audrain Community Hospital by ambulance.
