The Missouri Tigers football team will hold their first practice today (Friday).

The St. Louis Cardinals were unable to avoid a series sweep to the Atlanta Braves after a 8-4 loss at Busch Stadium last (Thursday) night.

The Cardinals and the Kansas City Royals renew their in state rivalry tonight at Busch at 7:15.

The Kansas City Royals picked up a series win against the Chicago White Sox with a 3-2 victory on the road last night.

Royals starting pitcher Daniel Lunch struck out a career-high 7 batters.

Kansas City clinched their 2nd straight series win over Chicago after taking 3 of 4 last week.
