Fulton Man With Serious Injuries After Going Airborne and Hitting Utility Pole in Boone County
A Fulton man has serious injuries following a one car accident in Boone County last night (Thursday).
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol it happened on Route UU north of River Oaks Road when the driver failed to negotiate a curve, applied the brakes, began sliding, leaving the road and becoming airborne.
While the vehicle was airborne it hit a utility pole, hit the ground and began overturning multiple times.
30 year old Jeffery A. Skidmore was taken to the University Hospital for treatment.
