Serious Injury in Single Vehicle Accident on Hwy 63
A vehicle hydroplaned near the Boone/Callaway County line leaving one person seriously injured yesterday afternoon (Thursday).
Kelly Tosh, 60, driving a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer overcorrected his vehicle causing it to overturn off the left side of Highway 63 striking a cable barrier in the median.
Both lanes of the highway shut down for a brief period of time.
Tosh and his passenger, Joan Robertson, 62, were transported to University Hospital in Columbia.
