Columbia Man Killed in Callaway County Vehicle Accident
A Columbia man is dead following a one-car accident in Callaway County during the morning hours of Sunday, September 22, 2024.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report it happened on US 63 southbound, .25 miles south of Renz Farm Road.
A vehicle driven by 21-year-old Trevor A. Wheeler ran off the right side of the roadway, traveled down an embankment, crossed Renz Farm Road, over corrected, traveled back across Renz Farm Road, ran off the left side of the road, and overturned.
Wheeler was pronounced dead on scene by Callaway County EMS.
