Fulton Police are reporting that three children were nearly kidnapped outside of their school.
The department says a 6 year old child told them it was a middle aged white man with brown hair, brown eyes and a beard, driving a four door black car.
It happened in an area near Brookside Drive.
The child reported it to staff at the McIntire Elementary School yesterday (Wednesday) morning.
The attempted kidnapping is said to have taken place on Tuesday afternoon between 3 and 3:30.
So far police have found no evidence of this case being related to the attempted kidnapping in Jefferson City on Tuesday morning.
