A Fulton woman is facing felony stealing charges after an arrest last night at the Fulton Wal-Mart.
According to Fulton police they went to the store on 1701 Bluff Street just after 8 last (Wednesday) night and determined that 26 year old Kara D. Hooks was placing bar code labels on items that belonged to less expensive things.
According to police this is Hooks fourth or more related stealing offense and she was taken to the Callaway County Jail with a fifteen hundred dollar bond.
