A man found guilty in March for the murder of 26 year old Zachary Dawson of Madison will spend life in prison.
36 year old Jason Lage shot Dawson in the back of the head on February 19, 2014. Lage and his girlfriend, Jessica Munoz, then attempted to clean up the scene, while Dawson was dying nearby.
This case was jointly tried by Monroe County Prosecuting Attorney Talley Kendrick and Assistant Attorney General Monty Platz.
