A newly constructed public library in Wright City is now open.
The Scenic Regional Library on Wildcat Drive is a 7800 square foot location, which offers sixteen thousand books, internet access, and space for activities and study sessions.
The library also offers a coffee bar, shaded outdoor patios with seating, and video games for teens.
The project cost 21 million dollars and was approved by a voter-approved tax increase in April 2014.
A formal grand opening celebration is being planned for mid June.
