H5N1 detected in Iowa commercial turkey flock

Highly pathogenic avian influenza (H5N1 HPAI) has been detected in an Iowa commercial turkey flock.  The flock, located in Palo Alto County, Iowa, will be depopulated.  This is the state’s fifth case within poultry this year.
