Celebrating 60 Years at Country 96

KWWR came on the airwaves in 1966. It was originally an Easy Listening station, but in 1978 it was converted to a country music station and has been serving as one of mid-Missouri’s most listened to radio stations ever since.

The on-air staff currently consists of Kayla in the Morning, Katie Neal mid-days and Charlie on the drive home. Plus, Michael Daugherty and Harley barnes in the Newsroom.
