Man Accused In Columbia Planned Parenthood Arson Pleads Not Guilty

The man accused of arson at the Columbia Planned Parenthood building is pleading not guilty.

Wesely Brian Kaster entered his not guilty plea in a federal court yesterday (Wednesday).

Kaster is facing two charges of malicious damage or damage to federal property in connection to a fire at the Planned Parenthood on February 10th.

According to an affidavit Kaster was caught on surveillance cameras breaking into the building and lighting an incendiary device.

He will stay in federal custody until his case goes to trial.
