Murder Investigation in Callaway County

A murder investigation is under way in Callaway County after a person was found dead at a residence yesterday in Guthrie.

The deceased person was found around 12:40 yesterday afternoon in the 8000 block of Broadway Street.

Deputies say foul play was evident, and there is no known threat to public safety in the area.
