MU Health Care Have Tested More Than One Thousand People For COVID-19

MU Health Care says they have now tested more than one thousand people for COVID-19 since launching drive-thru testing a week ago.

In a news release sent out yesterday (Wednesday) MU Health Care says testing has nearly doubled since they relaxed requirements for eligibility on March 22nd.

In addition to the drive-thru testing, doctors have had more than one thousand virtual visits to assess patients for the virus.

People who are eligible for testing include those with a fever, cough, and sore throat.

MU Health Care asks that if you meet that criteria to first contact a primary care physician or complete a free video visit.
