A Mexico man is in the Miller County Jail after an arrest for an assault that left a man with life threatening injuries.
According to court documents 39 year old John Powell was arrested for an attack last week on a man who was found unconscious with stab wounds to the head and arms beaten at a campground near Bagnell Dam.
Powell is being charged on three counts of assault and armed criminal action a three hundred thousand dollar has been set.
