The city of Sturgeon will once again be host to the Boone County Fair next year.
The event will be held at the Sturgeon Fairgrounds for the third consecutive year.
Donna Tracey Sturgeon City Clerk says the city was asked to play host to the Boone County Fair at their monthly meeting last (Monday) night.
She says they our looking for suggestions on activities the elderly and the disabled can do in the heat next year.
The fair will take place next year July 17th through 21st.
