SECOND DEGREE MURDER CHARGES BROUGHT AGAINST MAN IN DEADLY SCHOOL BUS CRASH

The 26 year old truck driver that hit the Harrisburg School bus head on last week killing teacher Brian Simpson, is being charged with second degree murder.

According to the Boone County Prosecuting Attorney Brandon Brill of Clark had five operating without a valid license charges, a one million dollar cash only bond has been set.

Mr. Simpson’s funeral is today (Tuesday) at 2.

Students at the Harrisburg R-8 School District will be dismissed at 11 am in order to attend the funeral.
