A twenty five thousand dollar grant will be awarded to the Mexico School District from the Monsanto Group tonight (Friday).
Rebecca Maupin Principal at McMillan Elementary wrote the grant and says the money will be used to expand project lead the way which is a science technology engineering and mathematic engineering program.
The presentation will take place during the half time show at Hawthorne Heights Field at the Mexico High School.
