Work on the YMCA facility in Vandalia is about to begin as a construction contract has been signed.
According to the Vandalia Recreation Corporation, Grove construction is expected to start mobilizing equipment to the area and begin work on the building’s foundation.
The YMCA will be a steel building, and depending upon weather, the facility is expected to be completed in early summer of 2018.
