A Moberly man is in the Randolph County Jail after an arrest for child endangerment.
According to the Moberly Police Department it happened early this (Monday) morning when a 29 year old black man was located in the area of Williams Street intoxicated and was taken to the Moberly Regional Medical Center.
Police say they later learned a 5 year old child was supposed to be with the man.
The department says the child was later located in an abandoned car on U.S. 63 within Moberly city limits, with no injuries.
