The suspected terrorist in the deadly truck attack in New York maybe connected to Missouri.
According to NBC News, the 29 year old Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov was cited for a ticket by the Missouri Highway Patrol in December of 2015 for not having proper brakes on his vehicle at a weigh station off of Interstate 29.
Courts records indicate the Saipov did not appear in court and a warrant was issued and he was arrested, and then posted a two hundred dollar bond.
Saipov is accused of killing 8 people and injuring dozens more yesterday, while running a rented truck onto a bike path in New York.
