A Mexico man is facing additional charges after allegedly causing damage to the Boone County Jail.
34 year old Justin Todd is awaiting trial on the charges of kidnapping, sodomy and rape.
The Sheriff’s Department is accusing Todd of flushing laundry down the toilet causing flooding and around 5 thousand dollars in damage to the jail’s plumbing.
