A 75 year old woman is dead after an accident in her driveway on Saturday morning in Jefferson City.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol 76 year old Gary Thomas was re-positioning his car in his driveway around 5 on Saturday morning when 75 year old Carole Thomas was walking around the back of the car and was hit.

She was taken to the St. Mary’s Emergency Department and later pronounced dead.
