A man is being charged with making a terrorist threat in connection with an incident at the Moberly Area Community College Campus in Columbia yesterday (Thursday).

Columbia Police say Anthony Jason Bedford was arrested early this (Friday) morning at 1 Hospital Drive.

Police say that Bedford was upset while speaking with the staff at the campus and made the threat before leaving the area.

The college and the building was closed yesterday (Thursday) afternoon and last (Thursday) night while officers made sure there was not an active threat.

Final exams scheduled for yesterday (Thursday) have been moved up to Monday, December 18th.
