Three men in Jefferson City are police custody after an arrest for armed robbery. According to the Jefferson City Police Department the robbery occurred last (Wednesday) night on West Edgewood Drive and Creek Trail Drive, around 10:30.

A man says three men in a black car offered to sell him pills, and when he refused one of the men pointed a handgun at him and demanded money before taking off.

Police say they located a vehicle matching a description 30 minutes later and in the 1000 block of Elizabeth Street and arrested 19 year old John Russell, 17 year old Travion Williams, and 18 year old Austin Roark.
