WRIGHT CITY MAN INDICTED BY FEDERAL GRAND JURY

A Wright City Man is being indicted by a federal grand jury in connection with making threatening phone calls to a mosque in Georgia.

According to the Associated Press 49 year old Preston Q. Howard is said to have placed ten threatening calls to the Islamic Society of August Georgia between June and August this year.

Court records indicate Howard said he wanted to blow up the mosque and shoot and kill Muslims, and behead worshippers and and set them on fire after dousing them with gasoline.

If convicted, Howard could get up to five years of imprisonment each for 10 charges of interstate communication with intent to threaten to injure.
