An arrest is made in connection with the deadly shooing at the Waffle House in Columbia on New Year’s Day.
According to police 20 year old Jaylon Darnell Freelon of Columbia was arrested on Friday Night on a felony charge of tampering with physical evidence.
Police report that Freelon removed a gun from the scene before officers arrived.
A one hundred thousand cash only bond has been set.
