A Fulton woman is sentenced to multiple years in prison and to pay restitution to her victim after pleading guilty in a Callaway County Court this week.

According to court documents 34 year old Lindsey Lortie plead guilty to charges of financial exploitation of an elderly person and fraudulent use of a debit device.

Lortie admitted in June of last year to obtaining debit and credit cards of an 87 year old victim and using the cards to make personal purchases of over five thousand dollars there were not authorized by the victim.

The judge sentenced Lortie to seven years in prison for the financial exploitation charge and 3 years in prison on the fraud charge.
