An Endangered Person Advisory is issued for a missing 20 year old woman out of Kirksville.

According to police Courtney M. Shearer went missing on Friday night around 7:45 when she was last seen leaving a HY VEE on foot.

She is described as a white woman, 5’4, 130 pounds, with brown hair, hazel eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants.

Police say Shearer is a known drug abuser and a Paranoid Schizophrenic with ties to the Kansas City, Missouri area.
