A Columbia man is in the Jackson County Jail awaiting extradition to Boone County after an arrest in connection to the double shooting and homicide at the Waffle House in Columbia.

29 year old Matthew Callier McMillan was arrested by the Kansas City Police Department on Saturday on an outstanding Felony Warrant that included charges of Second Degree Felony Murder, First Degree Assault, and Felony Armed Criminal Action.
