Charges are being brought against two men accused of stealing a car and taking police on a chase in Jefferson City.

The pursuit happened on Friday morning when officers received reports of a stolen vehicle.

It ended with the stolen vehicle crashing into an SUV and flipping over and hitting a parked pickup truck.

The Cole County Prosecutor filed charges yesterday (Monday) of receiving stolen property, third degree assault, and resisting arrest (Monday) against 22 year old Deshaun Clarke, and 20 year old Johnny Anderson both of Chicago.
