A Fulton man has been sentenced 7 years and 3 months in federal prison without the possibility of parole after pleading guilty in May of 2017 to child pornography charges.

51 year old Anthony Quin Hodges admitted he had been viewing child porn from a variety of websites for around 2 to 3 years, and storing the images on his Google Photos account.

The material was turned over to police after 2 Fulton residents found the phone in their driveway. While trying to identify the owner, the residents turned on the phone and found the images, and Hodges was identified by a Facebook account on the device.

At the time of his arrest, Hodges had already been under investigation after the Boone County Cyber Crimes Task Force received a tip after Google filed a complaint about the account holder.
